Laws of Thermal Radiation from Gaseous Volumes and Their Application in the Design and Operation of Furnaces, Fire Boxes, and Combustion Chambers
This article presents the scientific mathematical basis for the discovered laws of quantum thermal radiation of gas volumes, and provides examples of their practical multidisciplinary application for calculating heat transfer, design, and energy-saving operating modes of electric arc steelmaking furnaces in metallurgy, flare reheating furnaces in various industries, and steam boiler furnaces and combustion chambers of gas turbine power plants in the energy sector.
This article is intended for personnel of metallurgical and energy companies involved in the efficient and energy-saving operation of electric arc steelmaking furnaces and flare reheating furnaces, furnaces, and combustion chambers. It may also be useful for furnace, furnace, and combustion chamber designers, as well as university professors and students.
