Mbwoge Elvis Williams
Dr Elvis Mbwoge, born in 1979 in Ndoungue, Cameroon, is a distinguished Political Scientist with a strong academic and professional background. He is a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Comparative Politics at the University of Buea. He has also lectured at Uxbridge College, London, and Yorkshire College, Bradford, where he taught Public Administration and Public Services.
